Art is an Award Winning Director who specializes in live action directing/editing, creative consulting and brand direction. Before beginning a career in Directing he graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music with a background in music production and songwriting after being mentored by Stevie Wonder & Rickey Minor. His directorial style explores themes of identity, equality, and self-empowerment.
He’s directed videos for both GRAMMY winning & nominated artists that have gone viral online garnering millions of views.
He worked intermittently with Alicia Keys from 2014-2018 as a content creator until she hired him as her Visual Director. From 2018-2020 he conceptualized, produced and directed all digital visual assets as well was responsible for maintaining brand identity across digital platforms. He regards her and her husband Swizz Beatz as dear mentors who empowered him to bring more humanity to his directing and credits them with launching his directing career.
